 The program to get your SCUBA diving Certification Card is the full Open Water Diver course. How does this work? The full Open Water Diver course is in two parts. You complete your Classroom and Pool session first , over one weekend or your 6 week course and then you are ready to complete the 4 Open Water Dives required for your certification in an Open Water environment.
This could be the lake or Ocean. This package includes both Classroom and Pool and your Open Water dives.
Open Water Dives, also called ‘checkout dives’ are required for your certification. These take place in an Open Water environment. This could be the lake or Ocean. Aquarius Scuba now offers Open Water checkout dives throughout the year . Should you wish to finish your certification somewhere warm during the winter, you will receive a referral form from us that allows you to do so.
This package includes your Classroom and Pool and all of your Open Water dives. If you only want to complete Classroom and Pool with us .

Please note that the rental equipment for your Open Water Checkout dives is not included in your package. You will need to rent this equipment from Aquarius Scuba for the weekend. Rental includes BCD, regulator, wetsuit, hood and gloves, 2 tanks, weight belt and weights.

You must complete your 4 Open Water dives within 12 months of your class and pool training to receive your Open Water certification.
- Open Water checkout dives are available every weekend from June until October.

- Aquarius Scuba will also supply you with your Universal Referral Letter, which is accepted at any PADI operator around the world to complete your training.

OPEN
WATER CHECKOUT ONLY-- Weekend Course (4 DIVES)
4-5 dives from the shore and your certification card. We conduct
open water checkout during the spring and summer in the clear
waters of Gulliver's
Lake. Full rentals are available for $150
(includes full wetsuit, weights, 2 full tanks, BCD, and regulator)
