After a hydro test, steel tanks usually come back with flash rust. There is a $50 rust clean fee for this. Some incompetent visual inspectors don’t bother rust cleaning the tanks due to the labour involved. We rather let you know upfront and get you breathing CLEAN air. We wouldn’t breath it.
